Paint Booth Filter Media — Own Plant Since 1990
Most People Search for One Filter. A Booth Needs Two.
Intake media keeps airborne dust off wet paint. Exhaust arrestors hold overspray before it reaches your fan and stack. We make both — in rolls, or cut to the dimensions your booth actually is rather than the four sizes everyone stocks.
-
Both Stages, One Supplier
Intake panels and exhaust arrestors come out of the same plant, which means the pressure drop across the whole booth is something we can calculate for you instead of guessing at. Buying the two stages from two suppliers is how booths end up starved or over-restricted.
-
Any Size, Not Just the Standard Four
20x20, 20x25, 16x20 and 16x25 are easy to find anywhere. We cut to whatever your booth actually measures — made to order, 1 to 2 weeks after deposit. If your booth is not one of those four sizes, the alternative is taping panels together and losing the sealed edge.

Produced in Our Own Plant
Glass fiber paint stop, DPA paint mist cotton, pocket filter media and needle felt — made in house, not sourced and relabelled.
Media for Both Sides of the Booth
Intake, exhaust, and the dust collection media that usually sits in the same plant.

Paint Arrestor Media — Exhaust
Holds overspray before it reaches the fan and stack. Selected on holding capacity, because that is what decides how often you change it.

Glass Fiber Paint Stop — G3-G4
Rated to 240 C, flame retardant. The high-temperature option when the exhaust stream is hot.

Intake Media — G3-G4
Synthetic and glass fiber panels, 150-280 g/m2, initial resistance 15-40 Pa. Keeps airborne dust and fibre off the wet film.

Pocket / Bag Filter Media
Non-woven bag material, F5-F9. Used where the booth runs a pocket stage before or after the arrestor.

Cut-to-Size Panels
Made to your booth's internal dimensions with a proper sealed edge. 1 to 2 weeks after deposit — we do not hold stock sizes.

Dust Collector Media
Polyester needle felt, PTFE and PPS for baghouse and cartridge applications. Same plant, same lead time.
Intake and Exhaust — What Changes Between Them
The two stages do opposite jobs, so the media is not interchangeable. Use exhaust cotton on the intake side and shed fibre lands on wet paint; use intake paint stop on the exhaust side and the holding capacity runs out in days.

Send Us Your Booth Dimensions and Airflow
Internal width and height, plus the airflow, is enough for us to spec both stages and quote the panels.

Intake and Exhaust Are Opposite Problems
The intake side is protecting the paint: airborne dust and fibre landing on a wet film is a rework. The exhaust side is protecting everything downstream: overspray reaching the fan, the ducting and the stack. One is about cleanliness, the other about holding capacity, and the media that is good at one is bad at the other. We make both, so there is nothing to gain from steering you to whichever one we happen to have.

Stocking Programs Carry Four Sizes. Booths Come in More Than Four.
20x20, 20x25, 16x20, 16x25 — that is what a stocking distributor holds, and if your booth is not one of them you are either taping two panels together or trimming them on site and losing the sealed edge that keeps overspray from bypassing. We cut to the dimension your booth actually is. It is made to order, 1 to 2 weeks after deposit, which is the trade-off for not being limited to four sizes.

We Have Been in Filtration Since 1990
The company started in 1990 building filter production machinery — over 200 machine models sold into more than 90 countries, to over 500 filter manufacturers. The media business grew out of that: we make the material because we already knew what the equipment running it needed. ISO 9001 certified.
Which Booth Are You Running
Same two stages, different priorities. Pick the closest and we will send media to test.

Automotive Paint Line
High volume, continuous running, filters changed on a schedule rather than on a gauge. What matters is predictable holding capacity — the arrestor has to last the shift, every shift.

Furniture and Wood Spray Booth
Solvent-heavy, lower airflow, and very often a booth built to non-standard dimensions. This is where cut-to-size matters more than price per square metre.

General Industrial Spray Booth
Mixed duty, intermittent running. Usually the case for a straightforward G3-G4 intake and a standard arrestor, sized against actual paint consumption.

High-Temperature Exhaust
Where the exhaust stream runs hot, glass fiber paint stop rated to 240 C replaces the standard synthetic. Flame retardant as standard.

Baghouse Dust Collection
Polyester needle felt for standard temperature, PPS and PTFE where the stream is hot. Cement, metalworking, woodworking dust.

Cartridge Dust Collectors
Pleated media for cartridge collectors, selected against dust load and cleaning cycle rather than a nominal rating.
From Booth Dimensions to Media on the Rack
- 1
Send dimensions and airflow
Internal width and height, airflow, and roughly how much paint the booth uses. That is enough to spec both stages.
- 2
We spec intake and exhaust
Class, material and holding capacity for each side — plus whether the exhaust temperature needs the glass fiber option.
- 3
Free sample
We send media to test in your booth. An engineer confirms the size and shipping with you within 24 hours.
- 4
Rolls or cut panels
Rolls if you cut on site or run several booth sizes. Cut-to-size panels if you want them ready to fit.
- 5
Production and delivery
Around one week after payment if the item is in the current production run; cut-to-size panels are 1 to 2 weeks after deposit.
Picking Media by What the Stage Has to Do
Four common starting points. All of them get confirmed against your actual airflow before we quote.
Talk to an engineer
“Send the booth's internal dimensions and the airflow. We will tell you what belongs on the intake side and what belongs on the exhaust side, and if a standard stock size fits your booth we will say so rather than quote you a custom panel.”
What Booth Operators Ask First
Answered by the engineers who size the media.
Do you supply both intake and exhaust media?
Yes — we supply paint booth filter media for both stages. Paint stop and synthetic panels for the intake side, DPA paint mist cotton, glass fiber arrestors and pocket media for the exhaust side. Send the booth dimensions and airflow and we will spec both.
Can you cut to my booth's dimensions?
Yes. Both standard US sizes and non-standard dimensions are cut to order with a sealed edge, 1 to 2 weeks after deposit. Send the internal width and height. We do not hold finished panels in stock — made to order is how we cover sizes outside the standard four.
What is the difference between paint stop and paint arrestor media?
Paint stop is generally the intake-side material — it stops dust getting in. Arrestor media is exhaust-side — it holds overspray on the way out. The names get used loosely in the market, which is exactly why we ask which side of the booth it is going on before quoting.
How do I know what holding capacity I need?
It comes from your airflow and how much paint the booth actually sprays in a shift. Send both and we will size the arrestor against them rather than quoting a generic grade.
What is your minimum order quantity?
It varies by item and is stated on the quotation sheet, and it is negotiable. Tell us the volume you are working with.
How long is delivery?
Around one week after payment if the item is in our current production run. Cut-to-size panels and items that have to be produced are 1 to 2 weeks after deposit.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a free sample and one of our filtration engineers will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the size, the grade and the shipping arrangement.
How do you compare with European media brands?
The same G-class designations, produced in our own plant, and we will send media to test against what you are running now. Most customers run a side-by-side on one booth first. Where we are usually different is size flexibility and order quantity.
Tell Us Your Booth. We Will Send Media to Test.
Internal dimensions and airflow are enough to start. An engineer replies within 24 hours.
