Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how PLM Filter Solution Group ("PLM Filter", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects the information you provide when you use this website or submit an enquiry. We respect your privacy and only use your data to respond to and serve your request.

1. Who we are

Data controller: PLM Filter Solution Group, Anping County, Hengshui, Hebei, China. For any privacy question, contact .

2. What we collect

Information you give us via our RFQ / contact forms: your name, email address, company name and phone number where you provide them, the buyer type you select, and the project details you describe in your message (which may include drawings or specifications you choose to send us).

Information collected automatically when you visit: IP-based approximate location (country/city), device/browser type, referring page, the pages you view, and marketing parameters such as UTM tags and the Google Click ID (GCLID). This is used to understand traffic and measure our advertising. With your consent where required, we also use a session-replay analytics service (Microsoft Clarity) that records how you interact with our pages — mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and heatmaps — to help us improve the site. Text you type into forms is masked and not captured in these recordings.

When you submit a form we also record your browser language, your timezone and the time taken to complete the form, and automatically screen your submission for signs of spam or fraud. This screening data is used solely to protect against abusive or fraudulent submissions and is processed on the basis of our legitimate interests rather than consent.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry with a quote, DFM feedback and lead time;
  • To prepare quotations and fulfil orders you request;
  • To measure and improve our website and advertising campaigns, including analysing how visitors navigate and interact with our pages;
  • To screen form submissions for spam and fraudulent activity;
  • To comply with legal and accounting obligations.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

For visitors in the EU/EEA and UK, we process enquiry data on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract and our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and in protecting our business against spam and fraudulent submissions. Advertising and analytics cookies are used only with your consent where required.

5. Cookies, analytics & advertising

We may use Google Analytics and Google Ads (including conversion tracking and GCLID) to measure how visitors find and use the site, and Microsoft Clarity to understand page usage through heatmaps and session replay. These services may set cookies. In the EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland, analytics and session-replay tools only run after you give consent via our cookie banner; declining does not affect your ability to browse the site or submit an enquiry. You can also manage cookies in your browser settings. For more on how Microsoft collects and uses your data, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate: our email/SMTP delivery provider, our website hosting and content platform, and analytics/advertising providers (e.g. Google, Microsoft). Providers may process data outside your country, including in China; we take reasonable steps to protect it in transit and at rest.

7. How long we keep it

We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to serve your request and for our legitimate business and legal records, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including GDPR), you may request access to, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal data, or object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any right, email and we will respond within the time required by law.

9. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. Enquiries are transmitted over encrypted connections; a spam-protection check may be applied to our forms.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
